At Hill's Harvest you can purchase  green chili peppers roasted or un-roasted, buy them by the bushel, 1/2 bushel, or by the pound.    We  have 1 pound bags that have been roasted and ready to use in your favorite recipes. We roast your chili order while you wait, or you can call ahead at 303-882-0488 or 303.451-5637 to place an order and it will be ready for the date and time you that you have specified.
